The opportunity
One Small Miracle, an Utah-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting service and hospitality workers in times of need, recognized the need to elevate its brand and online presence. While they had a website, it no longer accurately reflected their growth, impact, and the professional organization they had become. They sought to create a more streamlined, impactful, and user-friendly website that would serve as a powerful tool for fundraising, partner engagement, and beneficiary outreach. One Small Miracle also aimed to refine its brand identity to better communicate its mission and values, while still honoring its existing brand equity.
