We know that our work doesn’t define us, but it’s an outward expression of our passions. Life at Underbelly
Play and Health
It’s good to get out from behind your work space and play. We have bikes, boosted, and One-Wheel boards available to take for a spin or join in on a friendly game of Foosball. We also have a small gym to get your workout on.
Killing it at Work
We know working hard pays off and want to share that with you. It’s pretty simple, we hit our goals, we share the rewards with you through Profit Sharing. Also, we have an all company retreat in the summer and a holiday party at the end of the year.
Outside of Yourself
We believe we should look outside of ourselves and into our community, looking for opportunities to impact those around us. 2% of the revenue from Underbelly is given to non-profits that are making an impact on the planet and people’s lives. We have volunteering opportunities for the team and individuals, as well as a discretionary fund that you can donate to a non-profit of your choice.
Building Your Family
Kids are rad and we want to support people as they grow their families. We give up to three months of paid time off for primary caregiver, 1 month paid time off plus 2 weeks work from home for the secondary caregiver, uninterrupted medical insurance and a six month guarantee to return to the same or similar role. We are also part of the Pledge Parental Leave program.
Level Up Your Craft
We offer a Conference Allowance and budget for Education (classes, books, workshops, etc…) Plus, we host internal workshops and Makerspace with all sorts of fun toys to keep you inspired.
To Keep You Fueled
We have a stocked pantry, Coffee (hot and cold brew) and Beer on Tap. Our location is also very close to some rad restaurants in downtown Salt Lake City.
