Working closely with clients, developers, and project managers, you'll play a key role in solving a wide range of problems in novel and delightful ways.
What you'll do
- Design engaging experiences for web and mobile
- Lead challenging projects without a clear path and bring clarity to goals & objectives
- Lead discovery & kickoff teams
- Prototype & validate your ideas
- Work directly with a wide range of companies and projects, both large and small
- Collaborate in both project and team-augmented environments
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to define the strategy for new and existing digital products.
- Develop our approach and processes to tackling problems
You have
- A portfolio showing strong user-centered interaction design work
- Experience building and managing design systems that scale
- Experience through the full cycle of product design, including research and validation
- A solid understanding of visual design fundamentals; typography, color, grid, space, and composition
- Proficiency with relevant design tools and applications
- Ability to prototype experiences using motion
- A serious and earnest desire to solve complex problems
- Clear, concise, and articulate communication skills
- A self-motivated desire to constantly learn and improve your craft
- A collaborative, humble nature
