You are creative, driven, have a good eye for visual design, and are looking to grow your experience through feedback and direction.
What you'll do
- Help us move through design needs for rad client projects
- Learn about an effective design process across all phases of a project
- Have the opportunity to work on projects that stretch your skills in interaction and visual design
- Participate in a formal, structured design critique process as well as 1-on-1 feedback sessions
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers
- Communicate design solutions and iterate based on feedback
You have
- A portfolio showing strong potential in interaction or visual design work
- Interest and experience in design and development, particularly for web and mobile apps
- An understanding of visual design fundamentals; typography, color, grid, space, and composition
- Proficiency with relevant design tools and applications
- A serious and earnest desire to solve design problems
- Clear, concise, and articulate communication skills
- A self-motivated desire to constantly learn and improve your craft
- A collaborative, humble nature
