Digital Project Manager

The Digital Project Manager's job is to manage project tasks and timelines, oversee the budget, and coordinate efforts to produce the best work for our clients. The Project Manager works closely with the internal team to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, under budget, and exceeds client expectations.

What to expect

As a Digital Project Manager, you’ll occupy a key role in a wide variety of projects, working with clients from exciting startups to large fortune 500 companies. You will support the charge in onboarding clients, supporting project kickoffs, defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. You’ll help build internal teams for each of these projects. You will be managing a number of these projects at once, across multiple timelines and teams, setting up, tracking, and ensuring the teams accomplish their goals. Ultimately you are responsible for final project outcomes and the level of client-stoke at the end of each project you’re involved with. All that said, we like to keep a pretty fun, laid back atmosphere here at the ‘Belly. We are looking for someone who is not only an awesome manager and facilitator but a good fit for our close-knit team.

What you'll do

  • Guide the team towards successful outcomes
  • Own the planning, production, and successful execution of projects
  • Add to both the creative and technical conversation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate daily syncs and weekly meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Strive to make sure the team is focused on what they do best by removing distractions and handling administrative tasks
  • Proactively maintain a project schedule, which defines activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration, and associated resource requirements
  • Forecast, track and manage project budgets
  • Work with third-party contractors and internal team to ensure effective communication & collaboration on projects

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2 years of experience managing and developing digital products
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across teams and departments
  • Ability to empathize with individuals when approached for help in situational circumstances
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with reviewing and responding to correspondence
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and work on multiple deadline-driven priorities
  • Ability to exhibit good judgement under pressure
  • Ability to analyze data to identify strengths and inefficiencies
  • A drive to assess/evaluate requirements against the scope of projects, manage project plans and adhere to a schedule
  • Self-starter, with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Provide accurate project documentation and records maintenance
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • A desire to match the creative passion of the team
